With every customize treatment, we promise to provide you with courteous service - making sure you're always comfortable. That means, even if you feel a bit cold or don't like the smell of something or want the music turned off - just let us know and we'll make every effort to accommodate you! It's all about openess and comfort here at Deluxe Beauty. If you are not 100% completely satisfied with the service of treatment you received, then please give us the chance to make things right.

OUR POLICY

IMPORTANT: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and confirm your appointment. We accept only cash for the remaining balance. Payments must be made within 24-hours of booking, otherwise your appointment may be forfeited. We accept cash via Venmo payments as well. Please make your Venmo payment to: @Almara-Shahbazian

Deluxe Beauty requires at least a 24 hour notice of any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments in order to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total treatment’s cost. No-shows are subject to a penalty fee of 100% of the treatment cost. As a courtesy, we send a reminder via email to clients . And, as a last attempt, we make a courtesy phone call or attempt to text message. But ultimately, it’s the responsibility of the client to make and keep appointments regardless of whether they received a courtesy reminder or not. We realize that unforeseen events occasionally arise, but each person’s appointment represents time, resources, and equipment reserved exclusively for them.
